Particule Filter Problems Volvo V50

Maybe somebody have a clue about this problem:
I have a Volvo V50 (M/Mw76/V50), year 2006 , 1.6 D, 80 KW. Engine model D4164T, seria 0003841. I buy this car with 119378 km on bord and in this moment have 200000 km on bord.
I use all time high quality diesel and I did all the regular revision to Volvo Service Representative.
Since I was to the first revision at 100000 at Volvo Service Representative, it start regular problems with the Particule Filter.
The engine losing power, not go over 3000 r/min and a red warning malfunction indicator start to light in bord.
First Regeneretion of the Particule Filter was done at 120000 km with the regular revision. After this, more Regeneretions of the Particule Filter have been done ( 4 time ). At 131212 km was change the Pressure Sensor of the Particule Filter .
At 163880 was change the Particule Filter with a New One and refill the eolys fluid. I thought the problem was solved, but no.
Again, more Regeneretions of the Particule Filter have been done ( 5 time ).
At 156000 I change EGR Valve – at Volvo Service Representative again.
Now I was to a diesel specialist, ,, Büchli Diesel Specialist – Holland”. They put the car on the tester and tell me that they believe are the injectors the problems.
Ok, but :
When the engine is NOT BLOCK by computer, I have a consumtion of diesel at 120 km/h of 6.06 – 7.00 l/100km, with the cruise-control ON.
When the engine IS BLOCK by computer ( engine not go over 3000 r/min and low power), I have a comsumtion of diesel at 120 km/h of 4.5 l/100km, with the cruise-control ON.
Can somebody, please, tell me if have the same problem and how can be repaire ?
