Onder mijn V70 Classic zit een trekhaak en ik probeer er achter te komen wat de maximaal toegestane kogeldruk is.
Dat zou op de trekhaak moeten staan, maar ik kan het nergens vinden.
Ik weet helaas ook niet of het een originele trekhaak is of dat die er later is onder geplaatst. Ik vermoed echter dat ie origineel is.
Ik wil het graag weten, i.v.m. het gebruik van mijn fietsdrager.
Kan iemand me zeggen waar ik het kan vinden, of uitsluitsel geven?
Het schijnt dat het 50 of 75 kg is.

Tow bar, fixed
Volvo’s tow bars are designed, tested and approved for Volvo cars.
The forged ball is X-ray tested and the tow bar fits exactly in pre-drilled bolt holes in side members on S70, V70 and 850. Tow bar delivered together with necessary bolts and nuts also installation instructions. Cable harness additional. See Art.no. guide.

Tow bar, detachable
The ideal tow bar if not intended to be used often. The ball section can be easily removed and fitted. In contrast to many other types, the ball ection houses the entire mechanism and is thus protected against dirt and corrosion, etc. when not used. The ball section can be stored in the luggage compartment in a heavy-duty cotton bag. The mechanism in the ball section is also treated with dracolite for long lifetime and self-lubrication. The mechanism must always be well lubricated. A 10 g tube of lubricant is supplied with the storage bag. The tow bar is designed, tested and approved to the new EU directive 94/20/EC. The tow bar is supplied with the necessary bolts, nuts and bracket for the socket as well as installation instructions. Protective cover for ball pivot included.
